INSURANCE POLICY: Our clinics do not accept any medical insurance plans, Medicare, Medicaid or any other supplemental insurance. We do provide senior citizen discounts on selected services and nutritional supplements.

PAYMENT: We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

RETURNED CHECK POLICY: All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 return check fee. We reserve the right to restrict future transitions to cash or charge.

PHONE CALL POLICY: We understand that much of the information/instructions you receive at the clinic is new, and with that questions will arise from time to time. We ask that you write down all your questions and concerns and fax them or direct your questions to our front desk staff.

NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS SALE/REFUND POLICY: At our Nature's Pharmacy, we sell nutritional supplements with no health claims whatsoever, implied or otherwise, in accordance with federal regulations. They may be returned for credit to your account only if the item is sealed, unopened, unused and in saleable condition. No cash refunds are given. No returns will be accepted after seven days of sale.

OUT OF STATE/OUT OF COUNTRY CLIENTS: We have a growing number of clients from around the country and abroad. Our staff is happy to assist you with travel and hotel arrangements and to be helpful in every possible way.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Available for all services, products and wellness programs. Certificates can be purchased for services or any dollar amount.
